About our Client - Reputed MNC that is a market leader in specialty chemicals and the diagnostic industries globally. The organization has several reputed product lines with a growing presence in the Indian market. The organization has aggressive plans for their pharmaceutical and lab business in India in order to become market leaders in the portfolios they cater to.

Job Description - This positions reports to the VP Finance India. And key deliverables include:

- Ensuring closing and reporting of financials as per local and US GAAP.

- Take care of Taxation compliance's for pan-India region.

- Minimize the bottom line by effective Costing exercises by partnering with the plant finance team

- Assist in Strategic Financial Decision making through partnering with the Budgeting & Planning team

- Liaise with both external and internal auditors and coordinate throughout the audit process.

- Ensure strict management of AP/AR and Payroll processes.

The Successful Candidate - You must strictly match the following requirements to be considered for this position:

- You must be comfortable and aspiring to work in a highly competitive environment for an organization with aggressive growth plans.

- You must be a qualified CA with at least 7-10 years of post qualification experience.

- You should be coming from Manufacturing background. Others from FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Chemical industry can also be considered. Alternatively, if you are from the Big 4, then you must have an extensive experience in working for manufacturing clients.

- You must possess strong knowledge of both Indian and US GAAP.

- You must have a strong experience in team management.
