JD:

Knowledge of Indian Accounting as per GAAP

- Knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS is preferred

- Knowledge of Consolidation of accounting

- Knowledge of Accounting standards and Companies act 2013

- MIS

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Knowledge of statutory, Internal & Tax Audit

Looking for a CA with minimum 8 years of experience (less than 8 years of experience will not work). IGAAP reporting experience is must and USGAPP reporting is good to have.

The candidate should have experience of working with corporate finance team.
