Requirements:  - Develop and manage the financial strategy of the company to support the business strategy of the company  - Manage all finance and tax related compliances  - Develops and manages a relationship with banks  - Manages the new funds and also generates leads for new funding for the company  - Manage financial controls and accounting procedures  - Ensure transparent procurement   - Ensure payments are made on time  - Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company  - Keeps cost within the control  - Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner  - Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained  - Ensure that financial reporting reports are prepared on time  - Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, and revenue/expense analysis.   - Manage investor reporting requirements   - Supervise due diligence for investment purposes  Qualifications   - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)  - Professional accounting designation (CA)  - 10+ year's experience in a senior financial managerial position  - Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and other ERPs
