Manager - Finance - CA

We seek a Finance Manager, who will be positioned to become the Financial Controller, responsible for PnL management, audits, compliance, and cost control for a leading player in financial services. Requirements :

- Qualified CA, preferably a rank holder.

- 7-8 years of experience working in the finance sector.

- Proven experience in auditing, brokerage management, cost control, and board-level reporting on budget, risk, and compliance.

- Strong financial management and auditing skills.

- Proficiency in compliance and cost control.

- Ability to develop and manage financial reports for the board level.

- Effective collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Maintaining and managing the company's PnL.

- Conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance across all units.

- Driving cost control initiatives. Auditing and ascertaining brokerage across channel partners.

- Building a board-level reporting framework for budget, risk, and compliance.

- Collaborating closely with the Business Head for budget and cost control.

- Influence major financial decisions and strategies, driving growth and stability.
