Finance Manager

- Lead the statutory audit Jan-Dec, Tax accounts Apr-Mar & Tax audits. Responsible for audits being done within the timeline without any major observation. Experience in preparation of the financial statement in accordance with IND AS. Should have sound knowledge of IND AS.

- Responsible for data collection & preparation for quarterly advance tax working & annual tax returns. Coordination with consultants for timely filing of annual income tax return, Tax audit return & TP return.

- Coordination with BIG4 consultant for data collection & preparation for yearly transfer pricing audits.

- Responsible for data collection & preparation for monthly Internal audit controls & submission of it within the timeline.

- Preparation of monthly MIS with analysis against forecast & budget including details analysis of product margin, overhead & SGA cost.

- Tracking of launch cost, New Investment as per approved program Capex.

- Product wise contribution margin analysis (Purchase price variance, Quantity variance & Sales Mix) at month end/quarter end and ensuring that the same reconciles with the SAP / Books

- Cash flow Management.

- Excellent knowledge on Excel and SAP will be preferred

- Good organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
