Manager - Finance - CA

Job Purpose:

The job purpose of a finance manager with QuickBooks experience is to effectively manage financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They utilize QuickBooks expertise to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and provide valuable insights for informed financial decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financials.

- A leader mentality that is self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Strong believer in being a team player and bring along strong interpersonal skills.

- Coordination with statutory and internal auditors.

- Preparation of Trial balance, Profit & Loss A/C and Balance Sheet and finalization of accounts.

- Consolidation of accounts of multiple legal entities.

- Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely internal and external audit.

- Thorough knowledge and experience of Quick Books.

- Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English and good knowledge of the -Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Preferably CA with 5+ years' experience

- Self-motivating working from home

- Willingness to adjust work hours overlapping US time.

Key Skills:

- Knowledge and experience in Quick Books

- Project Accounting

- Excellent communication, organization skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with others often working from remote locations.

- Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a part of a dynamic team.

Compensation:

- Will match the upper quartile in the industry based on skills and length of experience.
