Must have: The profile we are looking for is more of generalist. The incumbent should have hands on experience of Finance operations, Compliance- knowledge of GST working, transfer pricing, income tax , Budgeting and Taxation, Treasury (15%), Accounts receivables and SAP.

Main purpose of role: Actively manages all the statutory accounts functions & reporting. Responsible for managing basic accounts function efficiently and effectively and support objectives in all regions. The Candidate will actively coordinate feasible sales and marketing plans and support the implementation of these. Support Head of Finance in delivering the goals and objectives set by Head Office and APAC

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing basic accounts functions for Statutory & Internal Audits, Balance sheet finalization.

- Month- end, Quarter end and year end closing

- Managing statutory functions & ensuring compliance of corporation tax, TDS, Transfer Pricing, TCS, GST & other Government taxes & duties along with Tax audit and finalizations

- Responsible for accounts closing & MIS reporting on monthly basis & ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines

- Maintaining ledger, petty imprest account, Generation of Invoices, bank liasioning, reconciliation of accounts

- Planning and active participation in Budget preparations

- Implementing standard operating procedures

- Involvement in all matters related to Accounting, Legal, and ROC

- Conduct P&L reviews to monitor performance and support decision- making

- Collaborate with stakeholder during the forecasting and budgeting processes

- Influence and drive cost saving initiatives

- Maintain robust financial models

- Support ongoing ad hoc projects as the business evolves

Experience:

- 5- 8 years Finance function exposure

- Financial Reporting and analysis

- Cross functional business partnering

- Commercial Awareness

- Presenting to Senior Stakeholders

Knowledge & Skills:

- Good accounting knowledge

- Persuading and influencing

- SAP and MS Office

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Good business acumen

- Power BI Skills (desirable)
