Manager - Finance - CA

Opportunity for Manager Finance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis related to costs and revenue, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making. Analyse and report company finances to management. Recommend strategic courses of action, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Keep track of stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Maintain relevant metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements to drive financial success. Regularly publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior management.

3. Cash Flow Management: Oversee collection, accounts receivable, and payable management to maintain healthy cash flow. Forecast monthly cash flow and identify potential cash flow challenges to implement proactive solutions.

4. Process Improvement & Compliance: Implement and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all financial processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Interface with internal and external auditors as a focal point for efficient management of Statutory, Tax & Internal Audits as a part of Corporate Governance.

5. Strategic Financial Planning: Strategically plan the yearly budget for sales, expenses, and tentative Profit & Loss (P&L). Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets aligned with company needs.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the finance, logistics, and procurement teams to streamline financial processes and achieve operational excellence. Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and goals.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Proven working experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial management role.

- CA with an experience of minimum 5 years.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong financial analysis capabilities, with proficiency in using financial software and tools.

- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to stakeholders.

- Business acumen and a deep understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.

- Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.

- Good working knowledge of advanced Excel and business presentation tools
