Manager - Finance - CA

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for managing the financial Controller, planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, and reporting functions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.

- Monitor and report on financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Monitor reconciliation of transactions and checking if transactions are in line with approved funds flow.

- Taking ownership of internal and external management reporting.

- Evaluate business decisions by creating financial models

- Support cost optimisation and vendor negotiation initiatives

- Manage investor reporting activities.

- Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting and Chartered Accountant

- 4+ years of relevant experience, experience; Startup is preferred.

- Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proactive team player; must be accountable, responsible, and organised

- Strong attention to detail with outstanding multitasking and organisational skills

- Must experience in Controllership.
