Manager - Finance - CA

About the Company :

- The company started in 2007 with a vision to launch and build international brands in India.

- They operate their brands through many channels such as mono brand stores, shop-in-shop stores, multi-brand eCommerce and mono-brand eCommerce. Currently they run a grand total of 142 brick and mortar stores and a robust eCommerce and SIS channel.

Job Purpose:

- The incumbent will be responsible for all the financial aspects of brand assigned.

- He will report directly to the CFO

Job Responsibilities:

- Setup internal controls & processes, tight cost control.

- Validation of Open to Buys's (OTB)

- Gross Margin Analysis on a monthly basis

- Tight control of Central cost

- Development of periodic financials forecasts, strategic planning, & budgeting.

- Monitoring of operating and financial performance on a monthly basis. Ensuring operational adherence to Cost and Budgetary Controls.

Experience:

- 3-8 years of relevant work experience.

- CA (1st or 2nd attempt)

- Should have knowledge of all the Accounting and Financial aspects.

- Must have working knowledge of SAP accounting software's.

- Knowledge of MIS, Taxation & Accounting. Experience of cost accounting would be a plus

- Should be well groomed and must have excellent communication skills.

- Needs to have leadership skills, Positive attitude
