About the role :

Designation Title : Finance Manager

Reporting to : Finance Lead

Job Location : Indiranagar, Bengaluru (6 days in-office)

Detailed job description :

- Provide periodic financial dashboards and MIS reports across areas such as revenue, production costs, and profitability.

- Studying and analyzing GL variances, material cost variances, and reporting with reasons for variances.

- Liaise with statutory auditors and internal auditors for timely completion of audits.

- Implement process excellence to demonstrate internal control over financial reporting.

- Review agreements from vendors, customers, and partners from commercial and financial perspectives and provide execution versions. Maintain a repository of all contracts and ensure timely renewals.

- Structuring accounting for new businesses and streamlining the same.

- Leading Accounting Automation Projects

Skill and Competencies :

- Experience working in E-commerce, Manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer goods businesses is preferred.

- Drive performance management and development of a team of 4-5 team members, by ensuring proper resource planning, coaching, development, and performance management.

- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.

- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence effectively to highly technical management teams, combined with impeccable business acumen.

- Prior experience in working with large data sets and statistically interpreting them from a business point of view.

Qualification and experience requirements : Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post-qualification work experience
