Responsibilities : - Oversee Revenue and AP accounting and ensuring its completeness and accuracy - Monthly/Quarterly/Year end Closing (USGAAP managing financial accounting) - Monthly/Qtrly/Year end MIS Reporting - Preparation of Business Plans / Forecasts along with Leadership Team - Variance analysis to determine difference between Budgeted &amp; Actual results - Responsibility of entire GL - Cash and Treasury Management - Preparing financials under IGAAP - GST calculations and Returns for all locations - Managing Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Assessments (Direct &amp; Indirect) - Streamlining the accounts and finance function - Creating sound financial policies - Cost reduction initiatives to be proposed and analysed at regular intervals for its effectiveness Desired Candidate Profile: - Must be Qualified CA and possess 10 years of experience (without article ship) in IT/ITes. - Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), ERP Accounting Packages (MS Dynamics NAV desirable) - An effective communicator with excellent relationship building &amp; interpersonal skills with - Proficiency in analyzing and explaining complex financial data - Ability to supervise, evaluate, motivate, train personnel and lead a team
