Manager - Finance - BPO Healthcare

Analyst Manager - Mumbai ( BPO Healthcare)

- Support the CFO in identifying the potential M&A targets

- Conduct industry research, reviewing and assessing competitors and financial targets

- Build financial Models, prepare presentations and conduct transaction related due diligence

- Obtaining Regulatory approvals and M&A Structuring capitalization, Resource Mobilization and Tax fillings related to the acquisition

- Obtaining Board and Shareholder Approvals including compiling presentations for them.

- Participate as a critical member and coordinator to support the M&A transaction process

- Post-acquisition integration

- Other strategic support to the CFO including internal projects from time to time

Desired:

- Should be familiar with the M&A laws in India and US

- Familiarity with FEMA, Companies Act and Income Tax Act

- Familiarity with Indian and US GAAP Accounting

- Should have experience with Business Valuation models

- Demonstrated efficiency in finance and accounting concepts

- Efficient in research and good analytic skills

- Highly numerate with high quantitative skills and reasonable legal acumen

- Highly proficient in excel and power point presentation assembly

- Ability to think quickly and strategically while at time working long and odd hours

- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

- Strong ability to work within and across teams

- 5 years of relevant experience

- Masters or CA degree
