Manager - Finance - BFSI

1. You will be responsible for setting up the finance function -accounting norms, chart of accounts, financial reporting, taxation, banking & treasury, asset-liability management, budgeting, financial planning & analysis, compliance and submission of financial and management reports, loan disbursal & repayment processes - from scratch.

2. You will be responsible for end-to-end handling of books of accounts as per Accounting Standards.

3. You will be responsible for preparation & submission of all finance/ RBI related regulatory returns, such as Annual Returns, Half Yearly Returns, Quarterly Returns and Monthly returns within prescribed time lines.

4. You will be responsible for preparation of Monthly MIS and Investor reporting.

5. You will be reviewing, monitoring, and managing business performance of the org.

6. You will Handle all the Quarterly and Annual audits.

7. You need to coordinate with business operations and give them support from finance operations effectively.

8. You will be handling treasury management: Proper utilization of funds for business and control.

9. You will be generating financial performance / MIS reports and managing accounts for submitting it to the CFO for strategic decision making.

10. You need to support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals and get to the Commercial Controller side of things.
