Manager - Finance - BFSI

1. To act as a single point of control of business plans for each of the project

2. Coordinate with the team for all Investor related asset management efforts including but not limited to preparation and reporting of quarterly investor updates, financial models and detailed MIS updates.

3. Schedule and actively participate in all project review meetings with management (including but not limited to marketing/construction review) and provide summarized monthly update to Investors.

4. Participate in board meetings and assist in follow up of all the key items discussed in the board meetings.

5. Prepare and implement a performance dashboard for quarterly review of the Company, including quantitative targets, shareholder returns metrics.

6. Coordinate with team to help timely decision making on potential acquisition opportunities.

7. Help review the financial models prepared by the team for potential acquisition opportunities and assist in the preparation of investment memo and financial metrics in a format suitable for Investors.

8. Work with the Business Development Team to coordinate and supervise all diligence activities for new acquisition opportunities.

9. Work with the Management and Investors in charting out growth strategy including but not limited to 3 and 5 year roadmap
