Manager - Finance - BFSI

Key Responsibilities :

- Includes Treasury, Finance, Investor Relationship etc.

- Work closely with the senior leadership team to execute the vision of the Company by providing financial planning, assessing the company's overall financial picture, and understanding their needs to devise an appropriate financial plan

- Development of new lending relationships and handling of existing lenders relationship & providing key company updates to investor on timely basis.

- Generate meaningful and actionable insights on the company information for Board meetings and investor discussions

- Maintain ongoing relationships with different class of Lenders/Rating Agencies/Investors etc.

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage and day to day lenders/Investors requirements

- Cash flow forecasting, Accounts Management

- Streamline processes and establish management systems to run key initiatives in an agile fashion

- Provide financial leadership and analytic support to business partners and other members of the finance team
