JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a financial manager, responsible for the collection and preparation of accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- GL Closure - P&L & Balance Sheet Finalization as per the Companies Act / IT Act.
- Taxation - Assessment, TDS Filling, Statutory Returns under the IT Act.
- GST - Filing, Computation & Payment
- Salary Computation - PF, Bonus.
- Good at MIS Excel.
- Prepares quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.
- Providing and interpreting financial information
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. Auditors, solicitors, bankers, and statutory organizations
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- Managing budgets
- Supervising staff
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Skills:
- Having experience in Finalization of Balance Sheet.
- Having experience in Profit & Loss Analysis
- Hands on experience in Taxation, GST, PF
- Having Experience in General Ledger Accounting
- Commercial and business awareness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An analytical approach to work
- High numeracy and sound technical skills
- Problem-solving skills and initiative
- Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature

Education - CA
Experience - 3-4 yrs of relevant work experience
