Manager - Finance - BFS

Required Candidate profile -

MBA with over 5+ years of experience in Project Financing, Infrastructure Financing, financial modelling, Transaction Delivery and Project Management, Client Interaction, Business Development, international bank, developers, financial institutes, funds, investors.

Job description :

- Support in project management

- Preparation of financial modelling

- Understand commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing

- Knowledge about complex financial models and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis

- Support in design and development of best solutions by gathering information and conducting analysis

- Prepare reports, information memorandum, summary and presentations

- Conduct research and analysis and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities

- Support in responding to development of proposals

- Interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements

- Support the team in designing and developing solutions to requirements

- Ensure submission of various compliances

- Maintain and build sustainable relationships with international banks, developers, investors, funds, financial and corporate advisory institutions.
