Manager - Finance - BFS

- Preparation of detailed Project Plan, Information Memorandum and Financial Models

- Preparing financial projections / CMA data, Financial Analysis and Bank applications for the fund raise.

- Preparation of power point presentations / teasers for Banks, NBFCs etc

- Liasoning with rating Agencies and external Legal Counsels required during fund raise process

- Ensuring timely sanctions, documentation and disbursal

- Handling pre-sanction and post sanction compliance

- Review of legal documents

- Ensuring timely repayments

- Submission of monthly reports to Banks, NBFCs etc
