Designation - Manager - Finance & Banking

Experience - 5+ years (5-8 Years)

Location - London, UK

Qualification - CA (Chartered Accountant)

Primarily Roles & Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of business finance, analytics and problem-solving skills

- Possess Forex/Hedging, Cashflow, Treasury/Banking and Retail Industry Exposure - Cashflow Management - weekly, monthly, etc. | Forex exposure / hedging | Banking Setup - Credit facility, Factoring / LC, new account setup, etc.

- Yearly Budget / Quarterly Forecast / Monthly MIS

- Processing payments via Bank portal for vendor, salary, intercompany, etc. in various currencies

- Liaison with team, strong communication skills

- Liaison for AR via credit control team (follow-up, escalate, etc.), Posting customer receipts and sales invoice allocation, AP - Insurance related - credit insurance, assets, etc.

- Valuation related

- Vendor, receivables ageing, DN/CN checks, advances follow up

- Excellent organizational skills - track and organize supporting for all transactions, contract / agreements/ licenses

- Performing financial analysis / forecasting and variance analysis

Secondary Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recording of accounting transactions in SAP in coordination with teams in UK, India or elsewhere

- Accounting of credit and debit notes to vendors and customers

- Checking and ensuring the correctness of entries passed and ledger scrutiny

- Bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations

- Fixed asset capitalization and depreciation run

- Preparing MIS pack (list of reports required for MIS) and Presentations

- Preparing Audit pack (list of reports required for Audit) and Audit liaising

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Good quantitative and analytical skills

- Ability to manage numerous time-sensitive matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Key Skills:

- Strong accounting and finance treasury background (CA necessary)

- Good analytical skills, aptitude for numbers and proficient in SAP FICO & MM, Advance excel, etc.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written

- Could be graduate or postgraduate

- High execution focus and result oriented to meet deadlines on assignments
