Manager - Finance (European Multinational company)

Scope of the role:

This role will be instrumental in providing functional expertise to the organization's strategy and ensure we operate within the overall financial reporting framework. The main role responsibilities include:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Independently manage accurate financial reporting, variance analysis and support the budgeting and forecasting activities

- Responsible for timely compliances and adherence to the internal financial controls for the legal entity

- Independent handling of statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit and support tax enquiry & assessment

- Support the implementation of key business and automation projects, drive the system and process improvement initiatives.

- Support in managing the regular tax compliance and the timely submission of financial data for effective & timely reporting to tax authorities

Team Size: Individual Contributor.

Education & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant with at least 7 years of relevant experience

- Comprehensive exposure Financial Reporting, FPA, MIS, budgeting, Fixed Asset & Inventory management, Cash Flows, banking operations, withholding taxes, GST compliances

- Automotive industry experience with a comprehensive role of finance & tax will be an added advantage
