Manager - Finance - Auto Sector - CoE

Simplicity Project:

Candidate will also be part of Simplicity project. He / She should have sound functional knowledge to support study & analyse the existing processes/decisions which require multiple/higher level approvals, leading to complexity and recommend simplified approval mechanisms including system workflows.

COE

- Lead of General Expense COE.

- End to End and Accounting to audit & Compliance role for COE vertical

- Interactions with business partner Dept for each vertical

- Leading all IT developments for each COE vertical

- Leading Special projects and initiatives under each vertical like PO / Non-PO Portal , advance portal

- Ensuring release of MIS and schedules for all stakeholders like sector accounts, Auditor , Business Finance etc

- Ensuring & enhancing process adherence and internal control for all activities

- Process Define for new requirements

- Associate & Subsidiary Reconciliation along with Hyperion ICT upload

KRA:

- Support to Simplicity

- Expanding Coverage of COE as per plan

- Ensuring COEs efficiency like timely accounting under each vertical - GRIR < 90 days, No statutory default, adherence to process , No P&L surprises

- Sector level Consolidated MIS & Schedules

- RCM Compliance & Automation of Controls

- Timely Audit Closure

- IT Project Deliverable as per plan

Adherence to SLA between Business and MIBS
