Manager - Finance & Accounts

1. Hands on experience of international financial reporting standards.

2. Preparation and finalization of financial statements along with the notes of accounts as per the regulatory requirements in Singapore and Dubai.

3. Closure of books of account on monthly basis within time lines.

4. Preparation of MIS as per business requirements and should have quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

5. Handling Statutory and Internal Audits.

6. Handle the banking operations and maintain cordial and effective relationship with bank and other authorities

7. Corporate Finance and Treasury Management:

8. Knowledge of Singapore Corporate Laws such as Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST etc.

9. Identifying, assessing and mitigating financial risks such as currency fluctuations, interest rate risks, and credit risks to safeguard the financial health of the company.

10. Full working knowledge of Tally or any other ERP.

11. Experience in preparation of import and export documentation

12. Good communication skills and well versed with Microsoft excel, word etc.

Qualification- Qualified or Semi Qualified CA

Experience- 7-10 years
