- Our client is a new age financial group active across cutting edge fintech, retail finance, wealth management, investment management and asst management and recently established new age financial institution. With an extremely strong balance sheet and an experienced management team of leading former international and Indian bankers, this group is extremely well positioned to make significant strategic gains in the short to medium term.

- As part of its next stage of growth the group is looking for a Manager, Finance & Analytics to join the FP&A team

Key responsibilities will include :

- Helping develop the financial component of strategic business goals and objectives

- Tracking, analyzing and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends

- Forecasting and monitoring market trends, gathering data, carrying out necessary analysis and preparing reports for management. This also involves assessing risks, noting opportunities for expansion, setting overall goals and metrics, and proposing projects or systems to move the company forward.

- Taking a leadership role for internal initiatives and projects as required for example, you may be expected to work closely with businesses to monitor implementation of strategic projects

- Become the primary point of contact for and assisting business leaders in decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Up to 5 years in a finance/FP&A role with an FI (candidates with experience in KPOs/offshoring centres of FIs are highly welcome)

- Experience with business finance, data analysis and management and presentations

- Excellent communication skills written and verbal - Ability to multitask

- Quantitative background
