Manager - Finance & Accounts - Travel Industry

Role- Be a team leader in handling the market place business segment in Accounts and Taxation.

Responsibilities - To build a system effective control in the market place business segment, streamlining the payment collection, reports, processes and take team to an advanced level.

Preferences:

1. Any other degree along with CA.

2. Worked in Industry handling entire business segment

3. Start-up experience

4. Rich knowledge in Finance.

5. Raising Funding knowledge and experience.

6. Handled SAP/ERP.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge:

1. Must have cleared CA

2. Must have post qualification experience of minimum 4-5 years

3. Should have expertise knowledge in FEMA, Direct Tax, TDS and GST and return filings

4. Must be able to handle Audit procedure and finalization of Balance sheet.

5. Must be able to develop and frame MIS for the Org.

6. Must have handled business segment on its own

7. Knowledge of Account payable, account receivable, reconciliation, vendor management, tally

- Skills

1. Must be a problem-solver

2. Should have handled a team size of 10-15 people.

3. Expertise in MS office and Tally.

4. Thinker beyond Finance and Accounts.
