Job Responsibilities:

- Monthly book closure, P&L review and reporting

- Preparation of monthly MIS financials with detailed variance analysis on Costs and Revenues.

- Preparation of Financials as per Ind AS and IGAAP along with Notes to Accounts for Statutory audit purpose

- Preparation of monthly MIS

- Partnering with other functions, for MIS reports including providing proper analysis, commentary etc.

- Financial Accounting, Month Closing activity in a Finance/Accounts department

- Improving processes as applicable in line with business requirement to improve performance [ In his existing organisation ]

- To have some understanding of business risks and opportunities of his existing organization. Must be able to explain how he / she has given suggestions for any improvement or risk mitigation activity

- Is very clear about his/her KRAs / Objectives / Goals. Be well aware of his achievements in his existing role i.e, in his present organisation. Should be able to explain these very well.
