Manager - Finance & Accounts - Retail

- Banking operations / dealing with financial institutions thereby meeting the corporate needs of the Company.

- Handling institutional / PE investors and mobilize funds through this route.

- Working in SEBI compliance and driving the company to achieve IPO by interacting with merchant bankers and other bodies / associations as required.

- Should understand the best practices and incorporate those systems and processes in our current system by proper training and developing the same.

- Financial Planning & Analysis / Fund Planning and present them effectively to funds/merchant bankers and other institutions.

- Thorough with Compliance aspects in respect of foreign funds / relevant statutory laws.
