Finance Manager- Accounts Receivable/Payable with a Top Retail brand

We are hiring for a Finance Manager- Accounts Receivable/Payable with a Top Retail brand.

Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Leading entire receivable and payable function as Cost and credit controller ensuring no revenue leakages and cost optimization.

- Involvement in Finalization of Accounts and MIS (Monthly / Quarterly / Year-End Closing).

- Preparation of Variance Analysis of financials on a quarterly basis with detailed ledger scrutiny.

- Involvement in Automation of various processes including implementation of fixed asset module in Navision and Designing & implementing systems, Standard Operating Policies (SOPs) & procedures to facilitate internal controls across pan India Stores to ensure IFC is in place.

- Leading entire capital expenditure operations and steering Statutory & Internal Audits; dealing with cross-functional department heads majorly with Business

- Development department and other related third parties like CAPEX vendors.

- Involved Financial planning to help short-term and long-term planning of the organization including a projection for cash flow and Capital expenditure Budgeting.

- Monitored the IPO funds and ensured their compliance.

- Reviewing and Administering Accounts payable to ensure fund flow including recouping money for working capital.
