Manager - F&A (Projects / Manufacturing)

- Finalizing the books of Accounts, coordinating Audits including Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Departmental Audit and External Audit.

- Preparation of Quarterly, Annual Finalization & Consolidation of Accounts.

- Preparation of Financial Statements with applicability of Ind AS or IFRS as applicable.

- Well versed with Direct and Indirect taxation procedures i.e. preparing and filing of Income Tax, TDS, Goods and Service Tax (GST) return, ESI/PF returns.

- Cost Statements- Product Cost, Variance Reports, Standard Costing etc.

- Monthly MIS-Profitability statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Product costing, contribution statement for each product.

- Profitability Calculation. Project wise profitability and Actual cost vs Estimated cost. Cost control on project.

- Handle the company's finance activities through consortium of Banks with Funds & Non-Fund Based limits including: Cash Credit, Term Loan, LC & BG Limit, Foreign & Inland Bill Discounting,

- Foreign Currency Demand Loan & Forex Hedging.

- Well versed with Import/Export procedures.

- Well versed with Branch Accounting.

- Well versed with procedures of taking Licenses/registrations required for Manufacturing Industries Well versed with process of making DPR, Projections etc.

Required Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

- Experience of working in Manufacturing industry (Electrical Goods / Power Equipment / Battery / Auto Components / Building Material / HVAC) or Project Accounting.

- Excellent Verbal communication skills, both written and oral.

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Excellent Financial acumen (Accounting Principles/Financial Concepts).

- Proactive, Self-starter, Disciplined, Systematic in approach.

- Excellent Interpersonal relationship with people Detail-oriented.

- Leadership and Managerial Skill.

- Comfortable working alone or as a part of a team.

- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
