- Overseeing team performance, providing guidance and required support to team members
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Assisting in project management, handling client meetings/ governance

- Overall process governance and important checks & controls to ensure process success
- Team handling, manage escalations
- Leadership - Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve operational goals and targets
- Communication - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients and stakeholders
- Problem solving - Proactive approach to identify any risk in the process.
- Aptitude for identifying RCAs and implementing effective solutions to improve
- Must have knowledge of all functions - MA, AP & AR to drive the process successfully
- Client Management - Must know/ have driven SLAs, Monthly/ Qtr. Governance calls with clients and maintained positive relationships by delivering high quality services
