DESCRIPTION :

- As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for handling Payable, Fixed Assets operations, accounting, month-end reporting from all aspects.

- Engaging with stakeholders, for all business queries, being the face of company for vendors and interacting with stakeholders for running the vertical end-to-end.

- You will be leading various projects towards automation, costs rationalization, involved in fund raise, business expansion and related activities.

- Looking for someone who can own the vertical, be a go-getter and have a problem resolution attitude towards things.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Payable accounting, bank payment process, BRS of accounts and reconciliation.

- TDS, GST and other applicable statutory compliances

- Leading employee reimbursement end to end process.

- Fixed Assets accounting, physical verification.

- Monthly closure of books, accruals, actualization, variance analysis, MIS reporting and KPIs preparation.

- Related routine assignments.

- Being involved in projects for process automations, cost rationalization, fundraise, other activities.

- Handling audit, ICFR and other related tasks

- CA with 5-7 years of proven work experience within a Startup, MNC, Big4

- Understanding of all Finance functions and best practices

- Deep understanding of Accounting Standards

- Negotiation and project management skills
