Manager - Finance & Accounts - NBFC/Trust/Society

Position: Manager (Accounts & Finance) for Renowned Group having NBFC, Trust, Society & School.

Location- Kolkata

Experience: 8 to 10 years. Preferred NBFC/Trust/Society background.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance)

Area of work:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Financial statement for quarterly & annual audits.

- Financial tools & control system.

2. Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Accounts & Finance and compliance.

- Accounts Management and Administration.

- Consolidating and preparing various reports.

- Reconciliation statement for accounting.

- Monitoring preparation of financial statements.

- Maintenance of statutory books of accounts.

- Monthly, quarterly closing

3. Audit & Documentation.

4. Taxation and legislative requirements.

5. Legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.

6. Develop and manage team.

7. Budgetary Control.
