Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing Firm

We are hiring for Manager - Finance & Accounts for our client based at Oman.

JOB DETAILS :

Office Location : Sohar Free Zone, Sultanate of Oman

Industry : Stone-Marble / Quartz

Reports to : CEO and matrix reporting to CFO

Shift Timings : 7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. ; 6 days a week with weekly off on Fridays

Education : CA/ ICWA

Department : Account and Finance

Experience : 5+ yrs post qualification

CTC : Standard Industry Hike

Mandate : Should possess valid Indian Passport

Skills : Excellent In SAP, Tally, Focus, MS Office, SPS and MIS reporting

JOB PURPOSE :

a. To manage the entire Accounts and Finance requirements of the Plant

b. Day to day Payment planning and Allocation of Funds based on Priority

c. Review of Customer Inward remittance and Accounting, updating to management and Customers.

d. Generating monthly MIS and submitting reports to management in time for better financial decision making

e. Analysis of regular expenses and implementing control measures for cost reduction

f. Monitoring and ensuring day to day accounting for entire transactions generated

g. Cash flow Planning and Management

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Cash Flow Management with priority to ensure efficient plant operations

- Review of all payments and customer receipts and updating of the system

- Submitting Statutory documents and adhering to requirements as per the due date

- Day to day to transactions. Complete accounting in the system on a daily basis

- Monitoring Banking transactions and dealing with banker-solving issues

- Planning Funds with keeping Future emergency requirements

- Ensure financial discipline by ensuring data entry discipline and proper maintenance of FG,SFG,RM and spares & consumables. Ensure bill passing discipline is complied.
