Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing - CA

Position : Manager-Finance & Accounts

Reports To : DGM-Finance & Accounts

Place of Posting : Hyderabad

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for End to end Seeds business Financials

- Preparing monthly forecast & MIS with detailed variance analysis

- Budgets & Budgetary

- Handling Audits Statutory/Tax/SOP/DOAM/ICFR/COSO

- Annual Inventory

- Ensuring timely pricing approvals for making procurement decision

- Overseeing RBI compliance, in exports from India & merchandising trade

- Overseeing end to end process of license

- Functional support to HOD in various new initiatives. Like Cost reduction, IT development etc

- Handling day to day Accounting activities

- Handle Insurance matters for Seeds business

- DOA Implementation

- Ensuring Internal Controls/SOP/DOPAM are in place & getting practice

Experience (years) : 5-6 years of experience

Industry Preferred : Agriculture/Pesticides industry preferable from Seeds company

Qualification : CA
