Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing

Currently hiring Manager Finance and Accounts for German MNC based in Pune.

Ideal Candidate:

- CA or MBA -Finance

- 6-12 yrs of Exp.,

- Experience in both Finance and Accounts

- Experience in manufacturing MNC

Roles and responsibilities:

Experience in Budgeting, Annual Accounts, Management Support and Financial procedures.

- Assist in the process of developing and reviewing budgets

- Provide accurate cash-flow projections to the Finance Sub-Committee.

- Work on the development of the annual budget.

- Costing- Evaluation, Monitoring & Control

- Lead on any recommendations that are suggested in the audit report.

- Prepare the draft annual statutory accounts.

- Production of a statutory based set of management accounts, including balance sheet, on a monthly basis

- Responsible for the finalization of yearly balance sheet as per the Calendar year and as per the fiscal year.

- Mange the fixed assets register of the organization

- Indirect Income Generation

- Ensure timely payment of debtors and invoicing of creditors.

- Administer the bank accounts

- Undertake other duties as delegated by Vice Chairman & MD

- Provide the updated financial information to the VC &MD as and when required.

- Act as a support function to the Vice Chairman & MD and the Board

- Assisting the Management in the Strategic decision and Policy formations

- Assisting the Management in Mergers/ Acquisitions/ buy-make decisions

- Develop and maintain thorough financial procedures for the organization

- Ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely and in line with Statutory requirements

- Ensure financial policies are being adhered to as set out in the COMPANY financial guidelines.

- Develop Chart of Accounts

- Attend supervision, team meetings, training and other meetings as required.

- Maintain effective working relationships with company's external partners.

- Work towards the achievement of company's annual business plans.

- Work on Special projects as needed

- Make recommendations on how the organisation should adopt best practice in terms of financial reporting

- Liaison with the Bankers, Auditors, Government department and others

- Liaison with group company & parent company

- Build Effective Finance/ Accounts team & make effective second line

Education: CA or MBA-Finance
