Manager - Finance & Accounts

- Taking care of Closing of Books on monthly basis and reporting to group

- Finalization of P&L and BS on monthly basis

- Control over monthly HFM reporting

- Control over monthly CPMS reporting for actual result. Preparation of estimated P&L for WD-6 and WD-2 reporting.

- Preparation of group reporting pack on quarterly/ yearly basis.

- Monthly accounting activities and control

- Accounting for asset taken on lease and creation of ROU (new leasing standard)

- Control over fixed asset accounting and operating lease accounting.

- Accounting for Trade discounts (EITF, price protection etc.) including actualization.

- Maintaining separate books as per US GAAP and Ind AS.

- Analysis of various GLs for management review.

- Various other accounting activities to ensure correct closing and reporting.

- Audit control for Statutory/ group audit & preparation of financial statements

- Preparation of financial statements including BS/P&L/ Cash flow etc.

- Preparation of various notes to accounts including updation of accounting policies.

- Planning and executing audit in consultation with group and statutory auditors

- Process understanding to auditors in consultation of division/Business units.

- Handling query of auditors effectively for minimize audit observation.

- Control and review of various audit schedules before submission to auditors.

- Active participation in SOX audit and arrangement for SOX documentation.

- Ensuring correct system audit and ITGC control testing in consultation with group and sox auditors.

- Compliances

- Handling various compliances of companies Act and Accounting standard

- Preparation and submission of XBRL report.

- Providing input for Board report.

- DPT reporting, managerial remuneration calculation etc.

Others activity under GL accounting:

- Preparation of CSR budget and tracking for CSR expense.

- Ad hoc management / group requirement for accounting or reporting.

- Standardization of accounts/ activities with group.

- Input for cost optimization and control.

- Standardization and simplification of various policy and SOPs.
