Manager - Finance & Accounts - FinTech Platform - CA/CS (3-8 yrs)
We are looking for a Manager Finance & Accounts for a 0 to 1 phase ecommerce export enabling platform. Our client has an experienced leadership team with a pre-seed funding of 5M USD. They have been awarded as the best emerging startup at the India Startup Summit 2022.
Job Profile:
- Responsible for accounting operation, banking and cash flow management of all projects
- Manage the statutory, tax and internal audits
- Preparation of quarterly and annual statutory audit financials
- Drive the business planning and forecasting process and alignment across the organization
- Detailed financial analysis of all projects and proposals
- Interaction with Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, etc for fundraising activities
- Accountable for risk management, financial compliance and controls
- Serve as an advisor to the team on accounting and taxation matters
- Responsible for ensuring statutory compliances with respect to TDS, GST payments and ensuring payment of the taxes as per due date and filing of returns/forms and assessment
- Effective review and supervision of all routine accounting activities
Requirements:
- All India top rank holder CA/CS for finance, tax, and accounting services
- 3-5 years of accounting and finance experience
- Must have experience with the finalization of accounts, Statutory Compliance like GST, TDS etc
