4) Review of monthly MIS Decks

5) Work Extensively with various process owners on documenting controls and sox implementation

6) Analyse all contracts and agreements and ensure compliance with GAAP

7) Oversee all audit related queries and requirements

8) Support tax audit, transfer pricing, valuation, AOP and other activities

9) Experience in Corporate Financial Reporting

10) With Sound Understanding of Gaap and Sox/PCAOB Compliance
