Manager - Finance & Accounts - FinTech

- An experienced CA (cost accountant) with good knowledge of accounting and MIS

- IndAS and accounting software knowledge is a mandate (ERP knowledge will be preferable)

- Good hands-on MS Excel and Word

- NBFC experience will be preferable

- Leading monthly financial reporting and closing activities Controlling Fixed asset module

- Monitoring inventory module

- Supporting tax assessments (central tax control)

- Leading internal and external audits

- Reporting to Finance manager on various changes/ developments in accounting

- Handles management accounting, ensures correct reporting and closures

- Ensures Chart of accounts is correctly placed

- Ledger reviews and trial balance control

- Monitors cashflow situation together with Finance manager

- Team leader, ensures development of efficient and controlled process for R2R and P2P process

- Develops CCF functions

- Handling company level closing activities

- Monitoring and controlling FA and inventory module (depreciations calculations and posting)

- Compliance of local legislation - tax calculations and assessment control

- Understanding and implementation of the group rules and principles in accounting and finance

- Communication with the units on Financial matter

- 1.5 to 2 years post qualification (CA) in Financial Services
