Manager - Finance & Accounts/Compliance - CA - Investment Banking

This is for investment banking organisation Head quartered in New York.

Requirement :

Position : Finance & Compliance Manager

Qualification : Fully qualified CA (No CA inter)

Experience : 3-6 yrs

Location : Only and only from Mumbai. All others excuse.

Job Role :

- Internal accounting & payments - maintaining books, handling recurring payments

- Reporting - Internal & External (GST, TDS, etc.)

- Quarterly/annual filings - Coordinating with statutory and tax auditors

- Preparing monthly expenses, invoices and budget estimates

- Excellent communication is required

2. Co-ordination with the New York Team

Responsibilities :

- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.

- Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions
