Manager - Finance & Accounts & Company Secretary (MNC)

- Looking for the person to lead finance and accounting and be designated company secretary for an MNC which Over $77Bn company . Will report to global CFO

- Will handle day to day Accounting activities.

- Managing AR, AP, Reconciliation, Finance, Reporting, books closure etc.

- Also be designated CS and lead all secretarial compliances like preparing minutes of meeting, ROC compliances etc.

Required:

- Must be a CA(ICAI) and CS (Company secretary)

- Must be very strong hands on accounting & Finance, AP, AR, Recons, Book closure exp., finance

- Exp. of company secretary work must
