Designation : Manager-Finance & Accounts

Location : Gurgaon

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience : 6-9 Years post qualification

Job Profile:

- Overall responsibility for Accounts , Audit and Compliance

- Strong grip in handling Procure to Pay process.

- Responsible for month-end book closure activities.

- Take charge of overheads budget control, ensure accurate accounting by coordinating forecast & accrual
information with respective functions.

- Cash flow Planning & Management. Strong controls to be built in the process.

- Improve process and internal controls and checks while ensuring constant adherence to the existing policies.

- Coordinating for outsourced accounting processes with shared service centre. Ability to migrate the process
inhouse over the period of time.

- Coordinate finalisation of contract with third parties , leveraging legal advisory partners & at the same time look into commercial aspects of it.

- Preparation of Financials statement and Notes to Accounts as per Indian GAAP & USGAAP

- Coordination with Statutory & Internal auditor for smooth completion of audits.

- Compliance with all statutory requirement, submission of all statutory & tax returns with governing body as per due dates.

- Responsible to conduct board meeting as required and presentations and corporate governance.

Candidate's profile:

- Should be a CA with minimum 8 yrs of relevant experience

- Should not be afraid to do accounting on his own & should be familiar with any ERP & Tally .

- Should be energetic & willing to grow in organisation by taking additional responsibilities

- Potential leader to manage a team of his own (Outsourced & Inhouse)
