Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Mfg

CA / Inter-CA / CWA / M.Com / B.Com

- CA with a post qualification experience of 4-6 years or non-CA with an experience of 8-10 years, preferably in a manufacturing sector

- Strong knowledge of accounts, MIS, compliance, business planning and loan management.

- Knowledge of implementing and operating Tally. Good communication and interpersonal skills"

Job Role:

- Leading the F&A function and providing supervision / guidance to the F&A team

- Over-sight over accounting and compliance matters

- Developing robust MIS for the company and each department

- Business planning

- Liaisoing with HR on matters having a financial implication

- Liaisoning with other HODs for bringing about changes to the internal systems and processes

- Building internal controls mechanisms and driving automation in the company

- ERP implementation

- Streamlining inventory management processes at the factory

- Investment management

- Liaisoning with bankers for raising loans. Debt servicing and management"
