Job Description

Over all finance & Accounts Function:-

Finance:-

Involved in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company.

Involved in Financial projections, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.

Responsible for documentation viz. returns filing with various statutory bodies.

Negotiate & arrange financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements.

Accounts & Audit

11. Finalization of accounts, divisional & branch accounting

12. Attending statutory auditors, internal auditors

13. Tax audit details preparation

14. Computerized accounting

15. Debtors' management and credit control

16. Accounting Standards and their implementation

17. Insurance Portfolio

Taxation

18. Oversee Personal taxation employees

19. Oversee Direct & Indirect taxation aspects.

20. Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals

MIS, Budgeting & Costing

21. Costing - product and process

22. Budget preparation and Budgetary controls

CA 1st & 2nd attempt only

Salary would be Non Negotiable

Post qualification experience should not be more than 3 years

Location Cold be anywhere in PAN India
