Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA/ICWA

The candidate should be :

- CA/Inter CA/ ICWA with 8-10 years of experience in finalization of Statutory Financial Statements, interaction with statutory auditors and MIS reports.

The candidate must have experience in following :

- Preparation of financial statements, including account analysis and handling of Statutory / Internal audits

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) & IFRS.

- Ensures compliance with controls around the clients / suppliers invoice accounting processes and support audits (internal and/or external).

- Manage the preparation of the company's budget

- Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

- Is responsible for processing various types of accounting transactions related to client/supplier invoices

- Is responsible for preparing financial reports and review accounts receivable/payable for accuracy and compliance to standards and procedures.

- Liaising with bank for forex transactions/Hedging's Contract

- Ensure compliances and arrange inputs related to tax payments (TDS / GST / PF etc) and due returns in co-ordination with Tax teams.

- Should have working exposure in ERP environment.

- Should have exposure in Group Closing / HFM reporting.

- Also should have working experience & thorough knowledge of IFRS, Indian Accounting standards and principles, including month end closing processes.

Main Accountabilities :

- Financial statements and Management Reports

- Budgets and Forecasts including Treasury.

- Ensure all compliances related to statutory, contractural, internal control & group

- Coordination with other stakeholders including Operations, Administration, HR, Payroll, Taxation etc.
