Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - FMCG

Job Title : Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Purpose :

The incumbent will be responsible for managing independently closure of Books of Accounts with correct provisioning and accounting as per standards.

- He will report to Manager-Commercial

Job Responsibilities :

- Preparation of Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet and to co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors

- Exposure to Capital Expenditure ( CAPEX ) Accounting

- Indirect Tax operational knowledge

- Experience in FC & A support to business

- Preparation of Monthly Performance Report ( MPR )/other need based reports

- Analysis of MPR and comparison of actual with budgeted to find the reason for variance.

- Resolve queries related to MPR raised by Business Finance or Consolidation Team

- To ensure that Income and expenses are booked correctly and in correct profit center.

Experience: 

- 10-12 years in Finance & Accounts

- CA

- The person should be well groomed and must have good communication skills.

- The person needs to have leadership skills, Positive attitude
