JOB DESCRIPTION  Job Title: Manager   Location : Hyderabad  Reports to: VP- Finance  Dept: FINANCE & ACCOUNTS  JOB ROLE  Independent handling of Financial Modelling, Cash Flows, Business Valuation Models, MIS, and Budgets.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES  - Preparation of Complex Financial Models for Residential, IT, Mall, Hospitality verticals.  - Project Feasibility Analysis with tools like NPV IRR  - Preparation of Cash flows by taking reports directly from SAP  - Preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L A/c as part of Financial Modelling  - Preparation of Budgets - Annual and Quarterly by collating information from all depts.  - Variance Analysis - Quarterly to the Board  - Preparation of Monthly MIS to HO.  - Preparation of Board Presentations and support for preparation of Board Agenda papers.  - Ability to handle taxation matters will be added advantage.  QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES :  - CA/CS/ICWA.  - Experience of working in Infrastructure / Construction / Reality sector is desirable.  - Should have hands-on experience of MS Office and ERP exposure.  - Must have skills in advanced Excel and preparation of PPTs  - Should be energetic, dedicated with pleasing personality.  - Must have excellent Coordination, Communication, Presentation and Analytical skills.  - Age range between 28 and 33 years  - Total Experience in years range between 6 to 8 years
