Designation - Manager

Age - 30 to 40 years

Salary - 15-20 LPA

Job Location - Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

PROJECT ACCOUNTING:

- To work with Marketing, and project management to track accounting of the project cost.

- To support the project cost estimates review.

- To support the project cash flow preparation.

- To track the BG and LC requirements of project vendors.

- To assist in for accounting the cost during the progress of the project and provide timely inputs to the management

- PoC revenue recognition

- To work with production and procurement to track the manufacturing cost.

- Coordinate with all departments for building records and meeting the audit requirement

- To regularly update the ERP for project cost tracking. (project module)

BUDGETING & FORECASTING:

- To collect details from all departments and assist in the preparation of the annual budget

- To keep records for the preparation of the budget

- To assist in preparing monthly forecast files by co-ordination with all department

- To assist in variance analysis between budget vs. actual

- To maintain documents for audit purposes.

- Monthly closing and reporting

- Co-ordinating Monthly accounts closing and reporting to HQ

- Annual Financials preparation"

Necessary Skill / Experience:

- Candidate must be fully qualified CA (Mandatory)

- 7-12 years (CA post qualification experience for minimum 3 years & above)
