Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The Finance & Accounts Specialist will also audit financial documents and procedures, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting

- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports

- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasting future financial needs

- Audit financial procedures and documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and achieve company goals

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations

Qualifications:

- Qualified CA Only

- Proven work experience as a Finance & Accounts Specialist or similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Qualified CA only

- MNC experience id preferred
