Job Description : - Ensuring timely smooth operation and daily activities in respect of Accounts, Finance and Taxation. - Develop required budgets for business to manage all processes within the organization. - Ensuring applicable statutory compliances while adopting the Financial &amp; Accounting practices. - Tracking operating finance through Cost analysis against the budgets approved. - To review plan related to functions &amp; strategize for continual improved efficiencies. - Review &amp; recommend various cost innovations &amp; developmental aspects to management. - Verifying books of accounts as per Accounting standards &amp; statutory requirements. - To co-ordinate with project / plaza managers for maintaining the company's assets. - Participating in Compliance review tool setup and leading implementation of SOP's for all the SPV's - Manage and continually improve the company's Quality Management System. - Ensuring cost control measures through financial monitoring &amp; accounting checks for activities. - Liaisoning with authorities, consultants, contractors &amp; vendors to ensure cost control &amp; smooth functioning - Ensuring timely filing of various periodical returns with various tax and statutory authorities. - Processing payments after verifying statutory compliances of contractors, vendors &amp; agencies. - To co-ordinate with managers at sites/toll plazas for smooth operations &amp; safeguard company assets. - Providing MIS related to overall Financial &amp; Accounting for management decision. - Verification of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting &amp; financial practices - Identify, implement and review internal controls to accomplish the objectives of the company. - Any other assignments from time to time as per the management directives. Job Requirement : - CA preferred - 12-15 years of relevant experience - Good communication skills - Should be a team player
